1. Who We Are

The Surprivo service at surprivo.com is provided by Uğur Yeşilbaş, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye (trade name: Paydaai). In these terms, “we” and “us” mean this business and “you” means the person using the service. By using the service you enter into an agreement with us.

2. The Service

Surprivo is an online service that lets you create personal digital cards for a friend, your partner or your family. Previewing a card is free. Downloading the card as a PNG, sending it on WhatsApp and using its share link require a purchase.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, tax, cancellations and refunds, and your purchase is subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. The price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Card messages are chosen from our own templates and may, in some cases, be personalised with the help of artificial intelligence.
• Generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete or different from what you expect. It is your responsibility to review a card before sending it.
• The name and note you enter may be shared with our service providers to generate text and check content (see our Privacy Policy).
• Content is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

5. Prohibited Use

The following are not allowed and may be blocked automatically:

• Insults, threats, harassment, bullying and hate speech
• Sexual content and severe profanity
• Sharing personal data such as phone numbers, ID numbers, bank details, addresses or email addresses
• Using the service for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam
• Infringing anyone’s intellectual property rights
• Uploading photos you don’t have the right to share or without the consent of the people in them; photos that show children inappropriately, or that are violent or sexually explicit
• Attempting to disrupt the service’s security or overload it with automated tools

If these rules are broken we may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report to the relevant authorities where required.

6. Your Responsibility

You share the cards you create of your own accord. Surprivo never sends SMS, WhatsApp messages or emails on your behalf. Any communication with, and consequences involving, the people you share a card with are your responsibility.

You are responsible for the photos and text you add to a card. By uploading a photo you confirm that you have the right to share it and that the people in it agree. Uploaded photos go through an automatic safety check; inappropriate content is rejected or may be removed later. You can report an inappropriate card with the “Report inappropriate content” link on the card page.

7. Intellectual Property

The website design, card templates, software and brand belong to us. You may use and share the cards you purchase for personal purposes; copying or reselling our card templates for commercial purposes is not allowed.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
