1. Parties

Seller (Merchant of Record): Paddle.com. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and tax; the sale is subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Service provider: Uğur Yeşilbaş, sole proprietorship (Paydaai). Contact: info@paydaai.com

Buyer: the user who purchases the card.

2. The Product

A personalised digital card. Purchasing unlocks:

• Downloading the card as a high-resolution PNG
• Sending the card on WhatsApp
• Using the card’s share link

3. Price and Payment

The current price is shown on the card page and at checkout. Prices may be shown in your local currency and applicable taxes are listed at checkout. Payment is taken through Paddle’s secure checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital; nothing is shipped. The download and sharing features on your card page unlock as soon as payment is confirmed. Paddle sends the order confirmation and invoice to the email address you provide at checkout.

5. Right to Cancel and Refunds

The card is digital content delivered instantly. When you agree to immediate delivery at checkout, your right to cancel ends once you start using the content. See our Refund Policy for exceptions and how to make a request.

6. Licence

You may use and share the cards you buy for personal purposes. Copying or reselling our card templates for commercial purposes is not allowed.
